- The wait is almost over for fans who are excited to get their hands on Kalypso Media’s Sudden Strike 4, the fourth entry in the fan-favorite World War II-themed RTS series. The Steam release will happen August 11th with the debut console release dropping August 15th! To get you all hyped for the launch the team at Kalypso Media have shipped us a nice trailer which we'll post down below. The trailer looks at the 4th entry in the popular General's Handbook series which discusses and introduces the three main factions of Sudden Strike 4 — the German, Allied and Soviet forces.
